Are you accepting new clients?
Yes, at this time we are accepting new specialty blonding and extension clients only. Please be aware we are booking 8 or more weeks out.
How do I book?
You can request an appointment by clicking "New Guest" under REQUEST NOW on any service price menu. This will take you to our request form, please fill out entirely. This information helps us determine how long of a service and with who to schedule in order to make your hair dreams come true! You will receive a response via EMAIL Tuesday-Friday between the hours of 9am and 4pm.
I don't see the service I'm looking for...
Due to extreme high demand in our specialty blonding and extension services we are currently only accepting requests for those services. Please feel free to check back with us at a later date for the service you are looking for!
A minimum of 24 hours is required for all cancellations. Cancellations must be made by leaving a message on the salon voicemail 508-548-5508, or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Less Than 24 Hours: 50% fee of all scheduled services
No Show: 100% fee of all scheduled services
15+ Minutes Late: Your appointment will be canceled with a 100% fee of all scheduled services. (If we speak to you prior to the 15 minute allotment and are able to accommodate part of your service you will be responsible for the full scheduled service amount.)
We understand things happen, however canceling in less than 24 hours, arriving late or missing appointments not only greatly impacts our team but also our other clients who would have happily taken the appointment.
If for any reason you find yourself unhappy within 7 days of leaving the salon, we would love the opportunity to adjust your hair and make it perfect for you!
All of our color and extension services are only guaranteed with the use of our prescribed at home products, sold by our salon. Use of other products will inhibit us from providing any redo services.
